Mission Statements

Our goal is to make long term friendships with all our customers and to help them smile. You won’t feel rushed or pressured because we understand that you go diving to get away from the day-to-day routine. While we have to be understanding of time and schedule commitments to afternoon groups, our fast boat and experience allow us to offer you an easy going service in a loosely structured environment. If your group has chartered the boat for the day or weekend, we will seriously consider special requests. We strive to make your visit with us an enjoyable and relaxing one. Company Booking Policy – 

A 20% deposit for trip is required at booking. 

Deposits are non-refundable. If the entire trip is paid in advance, cancelations need to be made via email 14 days prior to departure date. Refund amount will not include the deposit.

ABYSS Dive Charters reserves the right to cancel at any time at a full refund 

Trips may be canceled due to bad weather. Captain will cancel trips when wave heights will be over 3 feet. 

Divers need to bring dive logs, certification cards and have DAN insurance. 

Charter boats in Michigan are subject to Federal Drug laws, not state laws. No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed on board.

Doubles and rebreathers with required stage bottles are allowed . Group number may be reduced for excess weight and gear. Check prior to booking.
